In the work produced for my first international exhibition, Narrating Neurodivergence - Narrare la Neurodivergenza, at Galleria Boragno, Busto Arsizio in Lombardy, Italy, I drew inspiration from local architecture, religious iconography and the Italian Renaissance and combined it with my brightly coloured pop sensibility. These were exhibited alongside prints from the Autistic Heroes series, highlighting the contributions of neurodivergent people to art and culture.
